We interviewed a few people before we settled on Phil as our builder. We found a floor plan we liked on the internet and we modified it to our taste. Phil was willing to work with us during construction. We shopped for and subcontracted the cabinets and counter tops. Everyone was able to work together to get the job done on time. We were happy throughout the construction to the present.

As you know, I have built other homes and remodeled more homes than most people live in during a lifetime. I have used Contractors from Phoenix and Scottsdale, and to date, my building experience with you has far exceeded any other builders ability. My building experience with you has been the most pleasant and smoothest building experience I have endured.

I have truly appreciated your follow through and the fact that you gave me a price and stuck to it. Unlike most other builders who nickel and dime a customer along the way, I had no such experience during the process of building this home.

The quality of my home is exceptional and I highly recommend anyone thinking of building a home to utilize you and your company. If at any time any of your potential customers would like to talk to me or look at my home, please feel free to have them call me.

Additionally, for those for those customers that are consider using you and your company, I would like to add: As all homes have minor repairs and touch up, you came in and promptly took care of any items I had concerns with. Your honesty and integrity and attention to detail will make any customer a happy homebuilder. My building experience was stress free, and most enjoyable.
